Porky's opened their doors on Valentines Day of 2004.
Specialties
Porky Pete's Specializes in Southern BBQ and Southern Sides with daily specials. We slow smoke our Brisket, BBQ Pork, Chicken and Ribs. Our Pork and Brisket is shredded for Sandwiches in which both meats are paired with their own homemade BBQ sauce. Brisket Sandwiches are paired with our Sweet Brisket Sauce; Pork Sandwiches are paired with our tangy/spicy Tennessee Sauce. Smoked Chicken is paired with our Tennessee Sauce as well. BBQ sauces are always available for purchase. All accompanying southern sides which are on our menu are family recipes that have been handed down. All BBQ is available by the 1/2 pound and pound. Dinner or Lunch platters are available which come with a choice of your favorite BBQ, our baked beans and coleslaw and a choice between mashed potatoes, pasta salad and potato salad. Meats are smoked daily with the exception of our St. Louis Ribs which are smoked on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Saturday. These typically are out of the smoker by 2pm.
