Located on Prout Hill Road in Middletown, the Polish Falcons' "Nest" is a fraternal lodge that doubles as a catering hall called The Pavilion on Crystal Lake. The Polish Falcons are a Fraternal Benefit Society and use the lodge and grounds to hold meetings, social events and sports outings. The Polish Falcons was founded in 1894, and there are currently 972 Nests across the country. The Polish Falcon's clubhouse contains a full bar and is located in the lower part of the building, facing the lake. Many special events are held solely for members, such as Friday night dinners, happy hours, car shows, cook-offs, football events and holiday parties. To qualify for membership, members must be at least 21 years old, of good moral character, physically and mentally sound and of Polish or Slavic nationality.
