Dr. Steven Silverstein established the practice in 1982. Dr. Lori Paragas joined the practice in 2002.

Medical and surgical treatment of foot and ankle disorders, such as, bunions, warts, heel pain, custom molded foot orthotics, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, Athlete's Foot, fungal toenails, flat feet, calluses, diabetic foot care, children's foot conditions, heel spurs, ganglion cysts, soft tissure masses, routine foot care, trauma, fractures, dislocations, reconstructive foot surgery, and neuromas. Dr. Steven B. Silverstein and Dr. Lori K. Paragas are board certified in Foot Surgery and are Fellows of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. They are affiliated with Yale-New Haven Hospital, Hospital of Saint Raphael, and Temple Surgery Center. They are members of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association.
