The restaurant, one of 12 locations in Connecticut, offers authentic Italian thin crust pizza as well as a full menu of fresh toppings, specialty pizzas, generously portioned salads, subs and wings. Each location makes the dough fresh daily and the thin crust pizza is cooked on a hot stove. All of DaVinci's meat is purchased locally from Meadow Meat market in Middletown, which has developed a custom sausage for the restaurant group. Owners Drew and Carrie Sassi are involved in local charities and regulary donate pies for community events.
