Pink Sumo Sushi & Sake Cafe is a Japanese restaurant that features a full menu of hot and cold sushi dishes, as well as a full bar with more than 30 kinds of sake. In addition to sake, Pink Sumo offers its own cocktail varieties such as the Pink Cosmo: a mix of vodka, sake and orange/pineapple juices. The head chef at Pink Sumo, Eric Cheng, used to work at Nobu, one of the most well-known sushi restaurants in New York City.
