The ONS Foundation is committed to advancing orthopedic and neurosurgical medicine through projects that seek to improve patient care. The projects involve furthering the development of minimally invasive techniques and new treatment modalities that assist people of all ages in living healthy, active lives. Areas of study include treatment methods for injuries and conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow and knee, as well as spinal disorders. Each project is based on ONS Foundation criteria and physician committee goals. Through this research, the ONS Foundation is focused on improving standards of excellence for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
