Groton Congregational Church holds Sunday services at 10am and serves communion on the first Sunday of every month. Rev. Dwight A. Dutton is pastor. The church also offers Sunday school in its Children's Chapel at 10am. The Christian education program provides church school for grades pre-k through 8, and has children attend a shortened worship service, then participate in an activity. The church's music program includes two handbell choirs and an 18-member senior choir. The church building in use today was dedicated on Oct. 16, 1902.
