Atlantic Precision Spring, founded in 1958, has been providing custom stampings, flat springs, coil springs, wire forms and assemblies to the medical, electronic, automotive, aerospace, marine, appliance and the military. Its tooling is designed and fabricated utiilizing CAD technology and the company has the capability to perform all aspects of the process, from print and prototype to production. In addition to producing metal precision stampings, contacts such as battery contacts, wire compression, extension and torso springs and wireforms through conventional means, it can produce stampings utilizing state-of-the-art progressive die and reel-to-reel equipment. APS can work with materials of all grades and tempers including aluminum, high and low carbon steel and stainless steel, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, brass, nickel, bi-metals, precious metals and non-metallic material such as mylar.
