Each class held at Patricia's School of Dance is taught by the owner and founder Miss Patti. All of the classes offered are combination classes and include a mix of Ballet, Pointe, Tap or Jazz. Classes begin for children at 18 months with a Mommy and Me class and then are offered as a Beginner and Preschool Class, Pre-Intermediate class, Intermediate class, an Advanced class and an Advanced Professional class. There is no registration fee but participants are required to purchase costumes for the spring recital ranging from $118 to $219 depending on the class and level. Private Lessons are available for children ages 12 years old and up. Auditions are held in October. Parents are welcome to watch their children during class time through a picture window in the studio. Patricia's School of Dance is a member of the organizations Dance Masters of America Inc., Dance Teachers Club of CT, Inc., Affiliated Chapter #18, and Certified to Teach by Test.
