The first Luna Pizza was opened in 1989 by original owner Louis Termini on Hartford's Franklin Avenue. Termini's use of plum tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and thin, New York-style crust is its signature. The wood-floored restaurant's spacious, wood-floored Glastonbury location features a full bar. Luna also offers 27 different pizza toppings and several other menu options, including grinders and salads.
