Libary Connection Inc (LCI) is a non-profit organization owned by 27 (26 public and one academic) libraries in the greater Hartford area. LCI exists to provide its libraries with technologies that enable them to link library directories, digitize catalogues and provide the public with audio and e-books. LCI does not provide services to the public, but will assist library patrons with the use of new technologies upon request.
