History

I cultivated my passion for hula-hooping as a pre-teen pageant contestant with hula hooping as my very unconventional talent choice. More than 20 years later, I am still celebrating and sharing my excitement for hooping as a Certified FXP Hoop Fitness instructor. I love getting other people as excited as I am about hoop fitness! It is difficult to put into words the exaltation I feel when someone comes into the studio exclaiming

The Cage is a full service fitness and MMA training center with more than 14,000 square feet of training space. The Cage offers over 12 different types of classes each week. Classes offered at the Cage include Pilate's, yoga, wrestling, muay Thai, spinning, mixed martial arts, cardio kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The Cage even offers mixed martial arts clsses geared for kids. The Cage offers personalized fitness assessments and will design an individual program geared to get you in the best shape of your life.
