This Online Access Agreement ( "Access Agreement" ) for accessing your First Bristol Federal Credit Union accounts through Home Banking explains the terms and conditions governing the Online banking services offered through Home Banking. By using the Home Banking Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Access Agreement. This Online Access Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Federal law and regulation, and to the extent there is no applicable Federal law or regulation, by the laws of the State of Connecticut. The terms "we, " "us, " "our, " "First Bristol Federal Credit Union, " and "Credit Union" refer to First Bristol Federal Credit Union.. "You" refers to each signer on an account. The term "business days" means our business days. Our business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9: 00am to 4: 30pm ; Thursday from 9: 00am to 5: 30 pm ; and Friday from 9: 00am to 4: 30pm. Saturday, Sunday and Federal holidays are not included as a business day. ( If you contact us outside of our normal business hours, we may consider your communication as having been made during the business immediately following the day you actually contacted us. ) Home Banking can be used to access First Bristol Federal Credit Union accounts. Each of your accounts First Bristol Federal Credit Union is also governed by the applicable account disclosure statement ( "Membership and Account Agreement " ). To access your accounts through Home Banking, you must have a First Bristol Federal Credit Union account in good standing, be older than 18, have a sign on ID and have an online password. A business must be operating under a tax payer identification number which must be the owner's Social Security Number to have access to these accounts. Sending electronic mail ( E-mail ) through Home Banking is a way to communicate with the Credit Union. E-mail is provided for you to ask questions about your account ( s ) and provide general feedback. E-mail is accessible after you sign on with your password to a session of Home Banking. To ensure the security of your account information, we recommend that you use E-mail when asking specific questions about your account ( s ). You cannot use E-mail to initiate transactions on your account ( s ). You must use the appropriate functions within Home Banking or call 860-584-0956. D. New Services First Bristol Federal Credit Union may, from time to time, introduce new Online services. We will notify you of any new services. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the rules communicated to you concerning these services. With Home Banking, you can manage your personal or small doing business as accounts from your home or office on your personal computer. You can use Home Banking to: Transfer money between your accounts. ( As noted in the applicable account Deposit Agreement and Disclosure Statement ).
