History
We were established in 1970 as an informal meeting place for inner-city young people in search of a meaningful learning experience after school and during school vacations. The building which houses the Drop-In Learning Center is provided by the Second Congregational Church of New London, CT. The Center is funded through a combination of local grants, the United Way, and private donations. We are governed by Board of Directors.
