DES Training Center is located next door to Capodicci's in the Merchants Walk Shopping Center. DES offers training in a variety of fighting styles, including Kempo Karate, Kung-Fu and Jiu-Jitsu. Classes in self defense and fitness training are also offered here. DES offers programs for both men and women from ages 7 and up. Private birthday parties are available.
