They don't answer their phone, don't return phone messages, and don't answer their door. The place seems to be abandoned. We went to New England Ice & Dry Ice in New Haven and were very pleased.

They don't answer their phone and don't seem interested in gaining new customers or retain previous clients. Damn shame. If you want quality service and excellent product (dry ice) head to The Ice...
