History
Cross Culture Kombucha is Connecticut's first kombucha brewery & taproom. The taproom opened in Sept 2018, as the first of it's kind in the state, and serves as a spot for the community to come and enjoy kombucha in a social setting. Customers may refill their bottles or enjoy a flight of kombucha with their choice of rotating flavors on tap. The brand launched in 2017, and sells kombucha to area restaurants, cafes, boutique fitness studios, and independent groceries in both bottles and in kegs for serving on tap. In late summer 2018, Cross Culture Kombucha expanded into a larger space for brewing and bottling kombucha and created a taproom area in the brewery.
