Core Pilates Greenwich offers a variety of programs on the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac and Chair. The benefits of Pilates include longer and leaner muscles, balanced posture and injury prevention. The studio also offers a Pilates for Golf program that's designed to reduce back pain and risk of injury in golfers of all ages and abilities. Classes are taught by professional trainers, Tamara Slupchynskyj, Ryoko Kudo, Kristen LeClair and Yera Kim.
