Which included corporate and private group classes, as well as the founding and running of another studio for 6 years where she was known for her qualified teachers and quality classes. She continues that commitment today with her new studio, creating a safe and welcoming space where students can begin to find their way back in so they can work their way back out.SpecialtiesThe first to bring Power Yoga to the area almost 20 years ago, Lyn teaches traditional Power Yoga - a breath guided, vinyasa (flowing), meditative practice. Presence, grounding and focus are the three foundational elements that LK Power Yoga is built upon. Along with intelligent sequencing that is developed to be user-friendly. Philosophy is weaved into class in a manner that connects your practice on the mat with your life off the mat. Classes are designed for all levels and no yoga experience is necessary. You will be encouraged to work at your own personal degree. Modifications are given throughout classes. Beginners will be encouraged to rest when needed.
