Chuck's Steak House & Margaritas restaurant of Storrs Mansfield is nestled in the hills of northeastern Connecticut, an area known for its pastoral beauty. Originally built in the 1800s to support Springhill Farm, the restaurant was a barn used to house cattle and New England farm equipment. The structure was converted to Chuck's Steak House in 1972. In 1992, after extensive renovations following a near fatal fire, the new operation debuted as Chuck's & Margaritas Mexican Restaurant. Alongside its Margaritas Mexican dinner menu, it offers Chuck's Steak and Seafood Menu. Featured menu items include filet mignon, prime rib, Alaskan crab legs and New York style cheesecake. Margaritas is among the largest, privately owned, full-service Mexican restaurant concept in New England. Employing more than 1,000 people, the company owns and operates more than 15 full-service restaurants.
