Since the 1970s, China Pavilion has been rated the best Chinese restaurant in Orange. It is owned by cousins Fred Peng and Ginway Lin. The executive chef is Ding Lin, who has over 40 years of experience cooking in traditional Chinese ways with no MSG. One of the favorite dishes is Dragon & Phoenix, a mix of shrimp (dragon) in white sauce with steamed vegetables and General Tso's Chicken (Phoenix).
