History
Our business started with the dream of its founder Vladimir Lopez to established a Latin cuisine that represented his Dominican roots, along with the Caribbean cuisine experiences he had learned for years while working in the restaurant industry in New York City. In addition, Vladimir wanted to ensure the food was always fresh and with the best ingredients to represent the full Carrebean fresh flavor of his country of birth Dominican Republic. This dream and aspiration became a reality with Caliente Deli.

We serve delicious Latin food, Dominican-Caribbean cuisine. We are also favorites for our Tres Leches and Flan Desserts. Our most popular dishes are Oax Tail (Rabo), Roasted Pork (Pernil) and Roasted Chicken (Pollo al Horno) served with your choice of a side of White rice and beans, yellow rice, Black Rice (Moro Negro), Plantains or Cassava (Yuca).
