History
Bertie's was started in 1992 when owner Terrence realized that there were no Caribbean restaurants in town. With the help of his wife, Bertie established his business and watched it bloom. In the last 26 years, Bertie has expanded his menu to include breakfast, lunch and dinner and includes various special dishes from the West Indies. Terrence has grown to know his customers by name and is always available to lend a shoulder to lean on or an ear to listen to their woes. Bertie's continues to be a family run business, with Bertie's wife and children often seen in the restaurant alongside him serving customers.
