For 13 years, Nancy Fatscher has owned and operated Belltown Learning Center and Daycare located at 3 Smith Street. It is a clean, friendly, well-organized facility with experienced teachers for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Belltown Learning Center and Daycare has a low teacher to child ratio, as well as over a half acre outdoor playground. The facility is fully secured and cleaned every evening.
