Napoli Imports, now Napoli Cafe, Deli & Catering, is all-new. Yes, Napoli Imports has been a fixture on South Main in Plantsville for many years. But a new owner brings in a fresh new interior; a new eat-in and to-to/take-out menu, along with a delicious full catering menu. Napoli Cafe, Deli & Catering continues to offer fine Napoli imported foods. Owner Mike Truss uses all fresh ingredients for his menu and has made changes he hopes his customers, old and new, will enjoy. For one, Mike has introduced specialty coffees from a local roaster, to enjoy with your breakfast sandwich, Italian pastry or gourmet biscotti in the morning. For lunch, have a seat and order from traditional or specialty made-from-scratch salads, sandwiches and hand-crafted soups. Or enjoy a number of grinders or stuffed breads. Pick up a classic brick-oven pizza on your way home, or check out the to-go/take-out menu. You can choose from handmade manicotti and ravioli, as well as eggplant parmigiana, chicken cutlets, meatballs and more. Napoli Cafe, Deli & Catering also has Italian grocery items like Napoli imported dried pasta for purchase. Note: teachers and firefighters get a 15 percent discount.
