I've been doing this since 2008 as a hobby and without a name. I did this for fun and people been telling me to start my own business. Since they said I make GREAT pastries and desserts. I decided to start my own business using my nick name Zetta and honor my grandmother name Marie. That how I come up with the name Zetta Marie's Patisserie. Patisserie is French for bakery.
