We ordered a 1/2 hog and they took it here for processing. All I can say is wow. Not only some good down to earth people, but the work is amazing. The sausage was lean as was the bacon....

Never had a roast with two different bones...not impressed and threw out a lot of meat (steaks & roasts) because of the way it was cut.
