Just recently we have flipped a gorgeous home right inside the North Park Hill area. Having multiple clients invested in the project we were happy to announce they had received a 54% annualized return on their investment. Needless to say they were VERY happy with those numbers. We love making a difference in our neighborhoods and creating more jobs. Our passion is people, and to be able to help someone find or sell their home with as little effort on their end as possible is our goal. Real estate can be such an emotional roller coaster and for me to be able to help someone find that dream home or help sell their current home the end result of seeing them happy is priceless!
