The Rotary is the brainchild of Chef Don Gragg (Chez Panisse, Gramercy Tavern) and brothers Brian and Scott Boyd, longtime admirers of Gragg's rustic yet refined cuisine. The childhood friends spent their teen years cooking together in their hometown of Evergreen and were raised with a passion for clean, healthy food. Through The Rotary, the trio are able to share their love of fresh artisan fare, making it both easy and affordable to eat food that not only tastes good, but is good for you. With an emphasis on seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients and personalized service, The Rotary is designed to serve diners who appreciate quality, convenience and authenticity.
