they deleted my original review that recounted everything in DETAIL

i talked to them in person before stewing then sending them this email. in person they denied the difference and refused a refund

they lied multiple times in their response. i told them before i went to pickup the prints that it didnt match+ when i was in th storeB4pay

The people at this business are selective in the way they treat people. If they feel they can bully you and force you to pay for poor quality work, they will.
