History

The location: inside the Yampa Valley Brewing Craig Tap Room - in downtown Craig. The owners: three individuals who saw the possibility of the space, love good food and wanted to invest in downtown Craig.

We are an indoor food truck serving the local community high quality pub style food in downtown Craig by utilizing as many local and Colorado ingredients as possible.

The bison burger is delicious and the Brussels sprouts in the sweet chili sauce are on another level! Highly recommend going here and grabbing a beer with the sprouts and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
