The Saint Property Management Team @ RE/MAX Leaders is headed by Josh St. Romain. The Saint Property Management Team handles all aspects of managing residential properties including client development, property marketing & maintenance, tenant screening & communication, financial collections and accounting. Josh has been managing residential rental properties since 2004. With the experience of managing rental properties for himself and associates, Josh and his wife founded a property management company in 2011. This company grew organically and rapidly through relationships and personal requests to assist with various property management related projects.
