History
This home was built in 1900 by Thomas Devine, a prominent attorney and businessman in Pueblo, for his family. On May 26, 1899 he purchased this property for $1,300 and the house was built within a year. Devine sold the house in 1926 and it went through six different owners before Molly Moser purchased the property in 2007. When purchased, the house was in horrible disrepair. The next five years were spent lovingly restoring the house and it opened as The Rusted Poppy Inn in 2012.
