I overheard the lady working in the "faucet shop" telling a new employee how to sabatage replacement parts by taking out "o" rings from the repair kits. I will NEVER go back there.

Big name plumbing co didnt get it done. Call RnR they sent someone the next day. They fixed it. Did not charge me an arm & a leg. Isnt that what we all want.
