Pyramid Bistro was started by Martin Oswald. His concept was to bring a fusion of spa cuisine and fine dining cuisine. Research on health has inspired Martin to learn from people such as Dr. Furhman (using his nutritional research for creation of high nutrient rich dishes), Colin Campbell and Dr. Alejandro Junger, just to name a few. Pyramid Bistro is all about education and is constantly striving to bring you the highest nutrient rich dishes using low heat techniques, and following the concept of low fat content. Martin Oswald teaches cooking classes and holds lecture series as to farther your education of food as well.

We also serve fish, chicken and pastas for those with less strict dietary needs. In upholding our philosophy to provide the most naturally produced and environmentally conscious food products, the wines featured in our restaurant represent those wineries practicing bio-dynamic, organic and sustainable farming.
