Three years later, the company owned 50 bikes, had four brokers and maintained a database of 10, 000 contacts. Pedal to Properties' was founded by Matt Kolb, a realtor with 15 years of experience. Recently, Tim Majors, an Australian business man who had toured homes with Pedal to Properties' Kolb via the bike option, approached Kolb about investing in the firm and applying his experience in expanding businesses on a national scale. Majors is now a 50% partner in Pedal to Properties. Pedal to Properties is more than an optional opportunity to tour neighborhoods by bikes.
