Morgan Community College offers academic and vocation programs and has more than 15,500 students enrolled. It is located in Fort Morgan, Colo. Founded in 1970 and is one of the community colleges of the Colorado Community College System. The institution is spread over an area of 11,500 square miles of eastern Colorado. The college offers a wide range of degree programs, including associate of arts, science and general studies, accounting, applied technology, automotive collision repair, early childhood education, massage therapy, multimedia, physical therapist assistant and real estate degree courses. It also provides certificate course programs on computer repair, business management and young farmers, emergency medical services, health occupations, medical transcriptionist, massage therapist and welding. Morgan Community College s Learning Resource Center provides instructional support to students and also contains a number of special areas for students, including the library, open computers and a foreign language laboratory.
