These lines don't go away, they aren't against the grain, they are now permanent fixtures.

Fixed! these had been ground all the way down to the nails before getting recapped.

More permanent lines on a shoe that had beautiful suede prior to cleaning.

Side by side - new, and post cleaning. Dark striping that is permanent, as well as a change in color due to heavy use of a suede brush.

Photo of new shoes, the shoes had a slight stain on the toe from dust and the inserts were dirty prior to cleaning.

I has shoes that I thought were destined for the trash and somehow MSR was able to bring them back to life and make them look nearly brand new. Definitely pricey, but 100% worth every penny.
