Once we know the client's goals, we put together a realistic plan that will give us the best chance of meeting or exceeding those goals. It is important for the client to be involved in planning because this is a good way to control costs for the case. Once we have a plan we put it into action. In implementing the plan, we prioritize regular and open communication with the client to make sure that they are up to date and understand what's going on in their case.
