History
Louis Swiss Pastry started with two brothers from Switzerland in the 80's. The business is named after their father who is the original Louis Swiss Baker, he was a baker in Switzerland from the 1940's well into the 1990's. Felix Tornare is the owner and and has been a bakery since he was around 7 years old working in his fathers bakery.
