History
John Porter started this consultancy following being employed by three consecutive Fortune Five Hundred companies. For each of these companies he was assigned to work with a large consulting firm for a three to six month period on a project for his employer. These experiences, both the failures and successes, plus his background as an educator, coach and trainer encouraged him to form this firm.
