Located in Boulder, Colo., a noted food destination that is home to one of the nation’s top Farmer’s Markets, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. Our kitchen, helmed by Culinary Director, Laurent Mechin, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, our on-site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits. These ingredients are used to create scratch-made food, including pasta, bread, pastries, sauces, jus and more. Due to the handmade nature of the menu, dietary restrictions are easily accommodated, and a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are offered.
