The story of Jean Pierre started in France, 1936. Jean Pierre grew up in a beautiful small village right outside of Paris! It was there that he was taught the wonders of baking! In 1969, Jean Pierre moved to the United States and brought his steam oven system to make fresh artisan baguettes. The rest is history!!! Now located in Durango CO on Main Avenue, the bakery is now of the most popular bakeries in the country! We now have breakfast, lunch, coffee, wine, and much much more!
