At HalfHourPower we provide small-group individualized fitness training, specialized core and back conditioning and our original PowerBandYoga. Our high-intensity interval HalfHourPower classes offer total body conditioning and provide an intense cardiovascular workout all in thirty minutes. Clients are carefully supervised by our experienced, credentialed trainers to obtain maximum results in two to three visits per week. Unique resistance-band movements allow our clients to safely enhance agility, strength and speed while supporting weight loss and lean muscle enhancement. You'll look your best and feel great!
