DOHS Math Teacher, Gilberto Palomino, won the Colorado Department of Education Teacher of the Year for Online and Blended Learning Programs.

DOHS works with Art from Ashes, a poetry writing workshop series, in order to give students a unique way to earn literature credit.

Every month DOHS has a field trip, voted on and selected by the students. One field trip was to the Denver Escape Room!

DOHS students made Valentines and then gave them out to folks at The Gardens at St. Elizabeth.

DOHS National Honor Society runs an annual winter drive in order to donate food and warm clothing to deserving community members.
