History
Tom and Kristin launched Confluence Coworking in a 750 square foot space on South Public Road in 2014. Having experience working from home themselves they knew how isolating and difficult it could sometimes be, and realized that Lafayette needed a community hub for people who felt the same way. Confluence grew into the building behind its original space a little over a year after opening, and relocated to its current facility at 75 Waneka Parkway in 2018. The community now features 50+ members who are business owners, freelancers, and remote employees representing a range of professions. It's not uncommon that members develop working relationships as they get to know and trust each other's work, and strong friendships have bloomed. Confluence is proud to be Lafayette's first coworking space.
