They charge tenants for parking in the lot (not assigned or covered space either). Tenants pay for parking lot lights and all other utilities are high. For a 1 bedroom it's around $350 a month

I would never reccomend this place to anyone. There was literally gunshots outside of my apartment and other serious crime incidents have been seen throughout the community. The parking lot is run...
