Blackbelly was opened in 2014 when Chef Hosea Rosenberg (of Top Chef fame), expanded his catering business into a full service restaurant. In 2016, Blackbelly Butcher was opened adjacent to the restaurant.

Blackbelly Catering came to life when award winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg, winner of Bravo's Top Chef Season Five, decided that he wanted to use his culinary excellence to create unique and memorable event experiences for friends and clients alike. We are a full-service events and catering company with a mission to provide the perfect event experience through unparalleled service and an unforgettable custom menu using the most seasonal local ingredients we can find. In fact, we source most of our ingredients from our own Blackbelly Farm, where we raise our own animals and grow fresh produce. We are known for delivering high-end innovative, custom designed cuisine. Chef Hosea, will work with you to create a menu that reflects your style and tastes and will leave you and your guests with a lasting memory.
