The Aspen Grille is a student-operated restaurant located in the University Club, on the upper level of the Student Center, Rm 388. The Aspen Grille is open to the public, for lunch, Tuesday through Friday during the academic year (Sept - Dec & Feb - May). The menu is focused on supporting local businesses and farmers. All of our meat, dairy, poultry and eggs are from local farms; as well as our produce when in season. From all the students, instructors, and the entire Hospitality Management Program we want to thank you all for your continued support of the student-run Aspen Grille Restaurant.
Specialties
Our business specializes in education. We are a classroom and a restaurant. With two instructors and 16 students the Aspen Grille servers lunch Tuesday thru Friday 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The students do all the work, from hosting, busing, and serving to bartending, cooking, and management. Our goal is to get them the experience they need to be productive hospitality managers and business owners, while serving you a delicious lunch.
