In 1980 Jennie Foster took her credentials to Lori Cavannaro, the concierge of the Monaco Hotel in down town Denver. Ms. Cavanarro gave several jobs to Jennie and checked with the guests to see how she worked with their children in the hotel room. She received excellent reviews from the guests and Lore passed the information to the other major hotel concierge at a Concierge Association meeting. The business grew from the information given to the Association.
